Sexy to Go series boxed sets
By Eva Lefoy
Today is July 19th and that
can only mean I’m gearing up for another boxed set release. You see, along with
almost a dozen other authors who are obviously as cracked in the head as I am,
I’m releasing a boxed set per month. Is
it difficult herding cats? It can be at times! But what’s even more difficult
is getting the word out about all the different and great things we have going
on in this boxed set. So I came here today to talk a little about variety and
give you the flavor of Sexy to Go.
So far in these boxed sets we’ve
included the following genres + more:
BDSM
Contemporary – M/F and M/M
Historical – Civil War, and Regency
Science Fiction Romance and Erotica
Paranormal Romance – Vampires and wolf
shifters, psychics, leprechauns, ghosts
Romantic Suspense
GLBT & Lesbian
Ménage
Naughty wives
Billionaires
See anything you like? Yes, there’s a
good variety of stories in the boxed sets and there’s truly something for
everyone. As an added bonus, I’m bringing you some excerpts from Volume
6, out now with a pretty nice cover.
#1
Blurb:
First Class by Jocelyn Dex
Shay
is terrified to fly, but when a sexy-as-sin man sits next to her in first
class, he provides a distraction that changes her outlook on flying and leaves
her longing for more.
Excerpt:
“You need a distraction,” Max said as
he leaned closer to her.
Shay gave him a doubtful look. “Not
much could distract me from imminent death.”
He chuckled. “Let’s put that to the
test.”
After switching off the overhead light,
his hand snaked under the jacket covering her lap and caressed her thigh
seductively. The guy was unbelievable. Where the hell did he get that kind of
confidence? She should push him away, slap him, or something, but it felt good.
Too good and she wanted him baaad. If
they weren’t on a plane, she’d jump him in a second.
#2
Command
Performance by Sorcha Mowbray
Can a
billionaire playboy take charge of a headstrong ballerina or will she lead him
a merry chase before dancing off into the sunset?
Excerpt:
And
then his mouth closed over hers, his lips warm and firm as his tongue surged
past her teeth. She meant to bite him. But he slipped his hands around her
waist and hauled her against his chest at the same time the heady taste of man
and scotch invaded her senses. And when she inhaled through her nose, she
sucked in a mind numbing mix of soap, fine Italian leather, and a spicy cologne
designed to titillate instead of smother. Beyond the point of making a
conscious decision, she realized her arms were wrapped around his neck when her
knees turned as spongey as the toe of a worn out point shoe. One of his hands
had shifted from her side to stroke her ribcage below her breast. A moment more
and he would be able to mold his palm to her aching mound.
#3
Dreamwalker:
Dream Date by Pamela Moran
Dreamwalker
Lee Jacobs needs answers to who shot him, to who wanted him dead. Can a dream
date with sexy Dr. Brynn Keegan, a researcher at the Lucid Dream Center, help
him find the answers? Or will that date only lead to murder?
Excerpt:
“You wanted to know what I’d done to get
myself shot.” Again with the half smile. “I have no answer for that one.”
“Where were you when you were shot?”
“Less than five miles from here.” He shook
his head, then braced his hands on the back of the other wingback chair. “I
live on the other side of the valley. As far as I can tell, I had no business
in the area, none to speak of anyway. None that I remember.”
“You were here that afternoon.”
His eyes closed for a brief moment as his
fingers dug into the material of the chair. “Do you know why?”
#4
Daylight
(48 Hours #3) by Sofia Grey
Joel
is happily falling in love with his new boyfriend, Anton, so why is he
attracted to Anton’s female roommate? He doesn’t do girls any more – especially
not when he has everything he wants in Anton.
Excerpt:
“You rescued me. That jerk
wouldn’t take no for an answer, and I promised him one dance while I waited for
my friends. You were amazing.” Kelly slid her arms around his neck, and hugged,
her generous breasts pressed up against him. “Thank you, Joel.” The delicate
kiss she pressed over his cheek took all the pain away, for a millisecond at
least. Or maybe that was due to his cock rearing up and wanting to play.
Oh man, this was so wrong. Anton
was his lover, and on the way to becoming his boyfriend, while Kelly was just a
chick who shared Anton’s flat. Okay, Anton’s best friend. And part-time fuck
buddy. But she was a chick, and Joel didn’t do girls any more. Shame his
hard-on hadn’t gotten the message too.
#5
On
the Sly, Part 1 by Leigh Ellwood
It’s
1989, and somebody is attacking gay man in Archer Beach. Officer Jeremy Truman
is determined to find the assailant, and protect Colin.
Excerpt:
Colin’s
voice cracked. “I’d heard the rumors about the attacks, but they weren’t
happening every night. I didn’t think the man would actually go to Jackson Park, not with all this
AIDS shit.”
“It’s
scary, yes, but some people are creatures of habit, Colin.”
“Well,
I’m in no hurry to get laid.” Colin looked as if he couldn’t decide to cry or
scream. “After I read about the attack in the paper, I started lurking around
there to find the Jumper. I…came close once.”
Tru
felt the shock tear through his body. He sat up straighter. “Tell me
everything.”
The great thing is, you never know for
sure what’s coming in the next issue. Your very favorite new story might be
just around the corner, so check us out.
Thanks for hosting me today!
